Fees and funding for international students

UK institution – fees and funding

Education is an important investment – in yourself and in your future – and we believe it’s an investment that should be available to everyone, from any country. Which is why our study programmes offer a more cost-effective way to pursue your UK educational goals over traditional on-campus studies.

What’s more, we offer flexible payment options to make your education journey smoother.

This page tells you about institution tuition fees in the UK for our online bachelor’s, master’s and MBA courses – and the different ways you can pay.

Online courses: UK tuition fees for international students

You’ll need to pay your UK tuition fees for online courses in equal instalments each year while you’re studying. If you opt to study part-time, you can spread your university fee cost over an extended period.

All students are asked to make a pre-payment of tuition fees to accept an unconditional offer.

Pre-payment: who needs to pay and when

All international students need to make a pre-payment to officially accept their unconditional offer to study with us.

How much is the pre-payment?

The pre-payment amount is based on one month’s tuition fee, which will depend on your course and study mode, and with set limits to make it manageable. You’ll need to pay at least £500, and no more than £900.

Is the pre-payment an additional cost?

The pre-payment is not an additional fee. It’s part of your overall tuition fee and will be deducted from your total balance. This means you’ll pay less in future instalments once your course begins.

What to expect:

  • Before you start: once your application is processed, we’ll issue an email request for pre-payment. You’ll have 90 days to make your pre-payment, and you need to make it at least 7 days before your chosen start month – otherwise, your start will be deferred to the next available intake. If you’re not planning to start within 90 days of your application, let us know as early as possible during your application process, and we’ll issue the request for pre-payment closer to your start date.

  • Payment process: you’ll receive an email requesting your pre-payment, which must be paid in full.

Funding for international students

Studying online comes with numerous benefits: no extra costs for accommodation, visa applications, and living expenses – typically tied to traditional university fees in the UK.

If you’re an international student, your UK tuition fees will vary based on the course you've chosen. For further details, please refer to the individual course page.

How to pay your institution tuition fees

A fee reduction of 2% will be given for paying annually in advance for any course, or a reduction of up to 10%* if you pay for your course in full at the start of your studies (*reduction depends on study level and duration).

We accept payments by bank transfer or credit card.

  • Self-funded
If you’re funding your own studies, you can pay monthly, annually, or even in one go.

  • Employer-funded
As above, your employer can pay for your studies monthly, annually, or in one go.
